We had a wonderful experience. This was our first time using a vacation rental. Everything went smooth with the check in and check out. The rental was very nice . We had 4 adults and was very comfortable for our stay. The location clean and very quiet.Without a doubt I would rent this again.

The Kinsman Chalet was a great place to stay in the White Mountains. You could enjoy a day of activities not too far away and return so you could enjoy the stars and quietude at the house on the the dirt road away from it all. It was so nice to have a fire all by ourselves out there.

We stayed for 4 nights with our four children and found the property to be well appointed, comfortable, and very clean. Furthermore, the manager (Cort) was very helpful and forthcoming with providing area information both before and during our stay. The area is beautiful, and the home was on a quiet street with a great view. We would definitely recommend this property and stay here again ourselves.

We love the Kinsman Chalet! It is just the right size for our family of three plus guests that we invite over. The inside is very comfortable while the outside is accommodating even during winter months with a fire pit (which we used often), a grill to cook on and a nice size yard where kids can play in the snow during the winter. It's also nice that we can have our dog at the house. We wouldn't be able to ski every weekend of the season if we could not have our dog with us. The house is only a 10 to 15 minute drive from Cannon Mtn where we do all our skiing.

A comfortable, well maintained chalet on a quiet road with nice views of Kinsman and ample room for 6 adults. The only disappointment was that there was no propane for the grill.

Ahhh.... our deep regrets that the grill was found sans propane!, while glad the hear all else suited the planned enjoyment as did. We will assure, this home will have a second-spare propane cylinder for future visits for all, and if ever found to not have propane, please call the office. The website and description was accurate. We were very comfortable and impressed with what this little rental had to offer. It was the little things that also seemed to impress us, ie; scissors in drawer; sharp cutting knives; firm bed; good sound system;land line; etc We were just 2 adults, but is roomy enough for 5-6 people. The only thing I missed and wished for was having more direct sunlight in the aft' on areas of the deck or lawn. The trees provide adequate privacy, but also kept the sun from shining in on many areas of the property. This is what happens when we book getaways in the fall, but it's not enough to change our minds and vacation in the heat of the summer months. Love the fall in the Mountains. Thank you Cort for making our stay comfortable and to the owners for allowing us to spend a wonderful vacation in Easton. BTW, don't cut any trees down!!

We spent 5 days in the Kinsman chalet. We were two couples with two dogs. The chalet is very nice and the yard is big with no neightbour so the dogs could run around the chalet. We are very satisfied with the customer service, they were very flexible since we had to change chalet after reserving an other one. They did not charge us any extra fees.
